Travel, Hotel & Logistics

We do not offer a central conference room block, which gives you the flexibility to choose accommodations that best fit your budget, amenity preferences, and team size! We encourage attendees and groups to research nearby hotels or rental properties in the area and book directly based on their individual needs. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates and proximity to the event venue.

Casual to business-casual. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a jacket or sweater, as conference hall temperatures can fluctuate.

Because the Spire Conference moves to a different host venue each year, facility layout and accessibility features are managed directly by the venue host. While we are unable to modify the venue's physical structure or permanent accommodations, we want to ensure you have a great experience! If you have specific accessibility questions or mobility needs, please reach out to our team in advance so we can share venue-specific details and help guide your planning.
